2014 Instructions for Forms 1099-SA and 5498-SA Posted
(November 6, 2013) The IRS has posted the 2014 Instructions for Forms 1099-SA and 5498-SA.The only change noted for the 2014 forms is the option for filers of these forms to truncate a recipient's (Form 1099-SA) or participant's (Form 5498-SA) tax identification number.
